The exchange, return & refund policies mentioned below are applicable only on purchases made online through our official website https://kghawellness.com/ and are not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.

Replacement

Replacement of the products may be considered in the below scenarios:

  • In-transit damage of the product if such instances are reported within 24 hours of product delivery.

  • If we deliver a product with shelf life remaining less than 50% of the product life, provided such instances are reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • In case of any quality-related concern, subject to verification from our internal quality control team after detailed evaluation of the concern raised and the product.

  • The product in question must be returned for replacement. Without returning the product, replacement is not permitted.

Scenarios where Replacement is not allowed:

  • No replacement is allowed for any expired product.

  • Used products are strictly not eligible for replacement.


Return

Products are delivered on a NON-RETURNABLE basis.
Return is allowed only in case of delivery of incorrect or damaged products.


Refund

Refund of the delivered product is permitted in the following cases:

  • Where there is a quality issue.

  • In case of order cancellation by Nutri Herbal.

Refunds may be processed via:

  • E-Vouchers / Gift Card (redeemable on the next purchase at Nutri Herbal within the validity date).

  • Transfer into the customer’s bank account (processed within 7–8 business days, subject to clearance in quality check).

Important Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The customer’s name must match the bank account holder’s name.

  • Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders.

  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Refunds will not apply if a customer self-ships the product and it is lost in transit.


Order Cancellation

  • Customers can request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order during business hours (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
