The exchange, return, and refund policies outlined below apply only to purchases made online through our official website https://kghawellness.com/. These policies do not apply to products purchased from offline stores or third-party platforms.

Replacement Policy

Product replacement may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged during transit, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The delivered product has a remaining shelf life of less than 50%, provided this is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Any quality-related concern, subject to verification and approval by our internal quality control team after thorough evaluation.

The product must be returned for a replacement to be processed. Replacement requests will not be accepted without the return of the product.

Replacement will not be allowed in the following cases:

  • Expired products.

  • Used or partially consumed products.


Return Policy

All products are delivered on a non-returnable basis.
Returns are accepted only in cases where an incorrect or damaged product has been delivered.


Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Verified quality issues.

  • Order cancellation initiated by Kghawellness.

Refunds may be processed through:

  • E-Vouchers / Gift Cards, redeemable on the next purchase at Kghawellness within the specified validity period.

  • Direct bank transfer, processed within 7–8 business days, subject to successful quality inspection.


Important Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will not be processed to third-party bank accounts. The bank account holder’s name must match the customer’s name.

  • Cash refunds are not permitted for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is physically received by us.

  • Refunds will not be applicable if the customer self-ships the product and it is lost during transit.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers can request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order during business hours (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
